The GOM Infrared Compatible Bezel Cover is designed to eliminate white light and IR light negligent discharges while allowing the individual to check the status of their weapon-mounted light via a 2mm emitter. This emitter works with white light as well as IR light while using a night vision device.
The bezel covers also protect from carbon lock on the rotating bezel found on Surefire's KM1/2 series of lights.
GOM currently only offers bezel covers for the Surefire KM1/2,KE1/2, KF1/2, KM3 and Cloud Defensive REIN 1.0/3.0 light heads. Bezel covers for other light heads, such as Modlite OKW, PLHV2, and others will be available in the very near future.
